is a Queenstown based architectural design and draughting firm that specialises in residential new builds, multi unit developments, alterations, and light commercial work. We offer a range of services from full design (concept through to completion), to preparing working drawings for building consent and construction. We work closely with clients to ensure that they are fully involved in the design process and are committed to providing energy efficient, cost effective, and innovative design solutions.

Robbie

Robbie Dick, BBSc, LBP

Director / Architectural Designer / LBP Level 2

Robbie has been part of the construction industry in Queenstown since 2004 where he has participated in many facets of the building process. He's been designing since 2012 and is passionate about creating warm, healthy, energy efficient homes using proven design and construction techniques. His years of experience as a building officer have given him a unique insight into the regulatory side of building and helped him gain extensive knowledge in various construction methods on a wide range of projects.

Lissandra

Lisandra Rossi Macaes, DAT

Architectural Technician

After taking a sabbatical and sailing for one year, Lisandra came to New Zealand in 2004 and decided to have a career change. She studied Architectural Technology, while working in marketing and finance. She started her new career in Architecture in 2013 and joined The Habitat Design Co in early 2019. She shares the office commitment to contributing to the environment and designing energy efficient, future proof homes.

Ben

Ben Catterall

Junior Architectural Technician

Ben arrived in Queenstown in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the area. Now a resident, he joins us with a background in carpentry and a passion to help create healthy and cost-effective homes. Studying Architectural Technology to bring his career full circle, Ben works on a broad scope of residential projects, juggling alterations to large architectural homes, and thrives on working closely with the team to help shape the client's vision. Like the rest of the team, Ben is committed to contributing to Otago's future by designing energy-efficient, innovative projects.
